Contract Description:
The purpose of this procurement is to acquire and provide specialized technical support to the Department of State’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation (ISN)’s Office of Cooperative Threat Reduction (ISN/CTR) and the Office of Nonproliferation Disarmament Fund (NDF).
The Department of State’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation’s Office of Cooperative Threat Reduction (ISN/CTR) is funded by the Nonproliferation, Anti-terrorism, Demining and Related programs (NADR) account. CTR’s global threat reduction programs are aimed at reducing threats posed by proliferator states and terrorist organizations seeking to acquire weapons of mass destruction material, equipment, and expertise. Cooperative threat reduction programs focus on critical states around the world where proliferator states seek to acquire WMD and terrorist threats are on the rise. The purpose of this solicitation is to provide professional, scientific, and technical services as well as administrative management and general management services to ISN/CTR.
