The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the scope of direct permanent physical protection with firearms, operation of ticket offices, monitoring services in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property and the Regulation of the Minister of National Defence of 19 June 1999 on the protection by Specialised Armed Forms of the Protection (SUFO), the areas of organisational units of the Ministry of National Defence and other executive acts in force in this respect by armed, uniformed persons.
Physical protection shall be understood as the Contractor’s action aimed at preventing, pursuant to the agreement with the Ordering Party, criminal acts against persons in order to ensure safety of life, health and personal inviolability and against property in order to prevent crimes and offences against protected property, as well as preventing damage resulting from such events and preventing unauthorised persons from entering the area (area, facility) protected by the performance of protective actions by security staff equipped (with direct coercive measures and weapons) with appropriate qualified physical security staff ID cards required under the relevant provisions of law.
