Recent figures from the Ministry of Defence have shown defence spending with the UK industry by the MOD has topped £25 billion for the first time.This investment looks set to increase following the Government’s announcement that it plans to increase defence spending to 2.5% percent of GDP – reaching £87 billion a year in 2030.
