TITLE: Catholic Choir Director

This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) IAW FAR Part 12 & 13 procedures. Submit only written quotations for RFQ F3A05T57158A004 in response to this solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 19 Jan 2017 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Change Notice 20161222 dated 22 Dec 2016. It is the contractors’ responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is being issued as a 100% small business set-aside acquisition. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 711510 – Independent Artists, Writers, and Performers with a small business size standard of $7.5M. The government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. Quoted prices shall include itemized pricing for each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) as follows:
