**The purpose of this sources sought is for market research purposes only**
The objective is to provide Space and Missile Systems Center, Enterprise Corps (SMC/RSC) with services to support the engineering, development, integration, operation, accreditation, and sustainment of cybersecurity defense and protection capabilities and related services for the Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS) program. The scope encompasses all life cycle engineering and technical support areas and activities necessary to obtain and maintain the SBIRS systems certifications and accreditation, perform continuous monitoring, and system integration activities to minimize the cybersecurity threat to the SBIRS mission systems. Activities include reviewing facility designs; modification requests; integration; independent, verification & validation (IV&V) activities; sustainment upgrades; and new systems and connections to the SBIRS mission processing stations and associated systems. The Contractor will be required to have personnel with current Top Secret/Special Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance to support identified tasks in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The objective of this effort is to provide the SMC/RSC SBIRS program with life-cycle engineering and related technical support. These activities will support the development and integration of capabilities and methods to enable the continuous monitoring, security, potential vulnerability, and assessment of the SBIRS mission processing system against known and potentially unknown cybersecurity threats.
